What data we process and why Membership applications and contact enquiries are retained to review requests, respond to the sender and fulfil the organisation’s duties. Access is limited by staff role. To protect forms, the IP address is transformed with a secret salt into an irreversible technical fingerprint; the original address is not stored and the fingerprint is deleted within two days. Notifications remain in an internal queue until an email provider is configured. Retention periods for applications and enquiries, deletion procedures and the responsible contact will be approved following legal review in Armenia.
